Description
This bedroom is protected with home fire sprinklers. After a curtain starts on fire, smoke sets off the smoke alarm at 36 seconds. Heat from the fire activates the sprinkler at 38 seconds. Only the sprinkler closest to the fire activates, not the entire system. Fire sprinklers allow people inside the home to safely escape, especially young children, older adults, people with disabilities and our pets. Fire sprinklers also protect firefighters.
